Receipting Policy


Our receipting policy has been updated effective September 1st, 2015.

Online Donations Receipting

Online donations receive a receipt after checkout and via email for every donation made.  Donors who donate online also receive an end of year donation statement by mail which lists all donations made in during the year.

Check / Money Order / Other Offline Donations Receipting

Donations by check, money order, or other offline methods receive a receipt via email if we have an email address for the donor on file.  Otherwise a receipt is mailed to the donor if we have a mailing or return address to use.  Receipts are mailed out the month following the month the donation was received.  In January, all donors also receive an end of year donation statement by mail which lists all donations made during the previous year.

Accessing Receipts Online

After a donor has donated once to Inca Link, they are able to access receipts online at incalink.donortools.com anytime if their email address is on file.  If it is not on file, they need to email Nicole Higgins at nhiggins@incalink.org to get her to add their email address to our records so they can access their donation receipts online.
