Care Partners

In an effort to keep our ministry leaders, missionaries and staff healthy and equipped to serve long term, Inca Link is partnering with a team for member care focused on mental, emotional and spiritual health through counseling and therapy sessions.

Several members of this team include:

Ivan, a psychologist with a passion for fighting against human trafficking, helping victims find healing and ultimately new meaning in their lives; meaning rooted in their identity in Christ. With over 20 years of experience serving others, Ivan brings expertise in assessing individual needs and empowering people to lean into God’s calling for their lives.

Charlene, a Licensed Professional Counselor, grew up on the mission field and understands the life of missionary families and the challenges faced when living overseas. For the past 25 years, Charlene has practiced counseling in the public mental health setting as well as her own private practice. Charlene also serves as a Member care professional for the Christian and Missionary Alliance.

David is an influential psychologist and mentor, whose personal and professional life has been deeply intertwined with the development and well-being of people. David has focused his career on human growth, social justice and conflict transformation. With more than two decades dedicated to enriching lives, his legacy is a testament to the power of conscious leadership and education in shaping future generations.
