Misión
Link Year is a one-of-a-kind discipleship program that will helps students grow closer to Christ and discover God’s purpose for their life. While experiencing ministry in Colombia, Ecuador, and Perú, they will create an incredible Christ-centered community and be mentored by Link Year leaders. Through this journey, they can expect to grow spiritually, emotionally, and learn to be a Kingdom Builder.
Visión
Link Year is a next level discipleship program that focuses on equipping participants 18–22-year-olds of Inca Link’s various ministries for doing life in intimacy with the Lord and intimacy in community while developing a passion to see the love of Jesus being shared with young people throughout Latin America. It will do this through opportunities to serve, to experience and work in different cultures, to develop teamwork skills and through times of personal reflection with the Lord Jesus.
Objetivos
1. Provide focused and personal discipleship
2. Serve as a training and growth opportunity for young leaders coming out of our national ministries
3. Participate in a wide variety of Inca Link ministries throughout a six-month, three-country journey in South America
