Terrific Tuesdays 3-20-18

Hi to all of the heroes of Inca Link global,

It was great for us to be in Peru for 10 days. Here are some of the top things happening in Inca Link these days.

  1. We had an awesome group of 36 with Mission Peru serving with us from Ontario – Central District of the Alliance. We have had an 11-year partnership with them and they are making a difference in the lives of many youth and our ministries on the field.
  2. Inca Link Perú has a new Executive Director – Laura Villanueva. They also have a new person in charge of the housing ministry and job. Here name is Miluska.
  3. Link Year – Please help us recruit people for next year. Do you know anyone from 18-23 years old that could come with us for 9 months? We have our first accepted person for next year and are accepting applications from people from the U.S., Canada and Latin America. You can apply aquí
  4. Corban continues recording their 6th CD – Elisa got to record with the famous Rojo producer and singer – Emanuel Espinoza and Jaime Velasques.
  5. The National Leadership summit of E625 will be held in Guayaquil and Quito on May 25 and 26th. Pray for this event as we are hoping to reach 3000 leaders from all over Ecuador.
  6. La familia Saccsaras have served many kids in programs this summer (in Peru it is summer) and many women in the Quechua indigenous group.

Highs – Alexa got best offense in soccer and is now playing well at basketball. It was great to be with the Mission Peru team.

Lows – I am tired from running the team last year, and I gained weight from all of the good food in Peru 🙂

Goals reached for the kingdom of God and Inca Link – Leading the Mission Peru team, recording with Corban, preparing 3000 emails for E625, finished two lessons for the web page of E625 – Preadolescents, Elisa teaching and leading Entrenosotras this week and meetings with Casa Elizabeth, we were able to visit the Misión Más Vida church and met with Juan Shima, the director of E625 in Peru.

Intensely Focused,
Rich and Elisa

P.S. We finished our new family prayer cards – thanks Joca!
