As the Curriculum Coordinator, Jessica will be working closely with the other participants in the Global Participation and Development team to ensure that Inca Link International is always working to provide the healthiest and most formative opportunities for participants.
She will continually evaluate and develop strategies for each of Inca Link’s programs. She will help communicate the discipleship process that can happen through an international experience and equip leaders to capitalize on their experience. She will work on developing and implementing the pre-field, on-field, and post-field curriculum and training for North American participates.
She will also help to create brochures or booklets about international mission trips/internships with Inca Link. She will be regularly developing content for ILI partners to grow in missional living and formation. She will also visit and recruit at churches, universities, conferences.
