The Link Year leader shares life and the love of Christ with the young people who are immersed in this incredible 6-month adventure, leading studies where they can experience and know God more deeply, with the purpose that they get to experience and enjoy an intimate relationship with the Heavenly Father.
They also manage adequate times for participants to be used in Inca Link’s ministries, directing activities where Linkers and ministry leaders will be involved. In addition, they provide practice sessions where participants are encouraged to serve in recreational activities, sharing a testimony or teaching.
Most importantly, the leader leads as an example to the Linkers so that they can see Christ in different circumstances of the leader’s life.
