Shane and Rebecca help to mobilize and organize teams to serve at one of Inca Link’s many ministry sites in Latin America. They connect and organize teams before, during, and upon return. This includes promoting a missional mindset, discipling and preparing teams for their trips, and mentoring team leaders and interns.
